The maintenance crew has been very efficient in resolving any issues, replacements and/or repairs. Somebody will call and ask " what is a good time to stop by?", and they can be there the next day.

I'm brand-new to Riverview Manor and am very happy to call this place Home. If anything changes I will update! A few things of note: 1. Upon moving in and handing over your keys, they go through a brief inspection. It was noted the kitchen faucet had a leak during mine. Maintenance was over within the hour to replace the faucet but it would have been nice to have that taken care of prior to move-in day. Moving is stressful enough! 2. The place is CHARMING! Nice hardwood floors and freshly painted white walls. Every room is beyond pleasant. 3. I've been a renter for more than three decades and so far, am happier with Riverview than any other place I've lived. I've lived in newer buildings and I've lived in older buildings and I prefer older buildings by far. They are more solid. There are fuses for the electrical which I have dealt with before and have never had any issues with. 4. For only a $300 one-time non-refundable fee I can bring my cat to my new Home! Home is where my cat is after all. I think the pet fee is beyond reasonable. 5. Small dogs are allowed too but I have seen some larger ones around. Apparently legally larger dogs cannot be refused if the pawrent has legal paperwork. Something to think about if you like a quieter life and live in a lower unit (I live in an upper). 6. It's QUIET! Relatively-speaking. Any time you are in shared living quarters you can obviously expect some noise some of the time but it has been peaceful living here thus far. 7. The goods in the store match the advertisement in the window! What you see is what you get so if you are checking the place out on their website, they look just like that. All units' flooring are being converted to hardwood if they have not already is what I was informed. 8. There are storage lockers in the basement, for which you provide your own padlock. I currently have my two bikes in there while I wait for a garage to become available. Laundry is also in the basement which you pay for via an app if you choose to go that route. 9. The shared wi-fi thus far has been just fine for my needs, and you are encouraged by management (rightfully so) to provide your own wi-fi service if it is not. 10. Only disappointment thus far is that I have to be on the waiting list for a garage. Garages are available and cost extra per month. Everything I need/want here at Riverview. Very pleased with my choice after researching local rentals for months.
