ENT and Allergy Associates - Tarrytown

Was told they could help me with out-of-state allergy shots, waited 3 months for an appointment just for them to tell me they don't accept my insurance and I'd have to pay out of pocket. Also difficult to get ahold of competent office staff.

I recently had the pleasure of visiting ENT and Allergy Associates in Tarrytown for the first time, and I can't express enough how impressed I was with the level of care and professionalism I experienced. From the moment I stopped in to schedule an appointment, I was pleasantly surprised to be offered a next-day slot, which is a rarity in today's healthcare landscape. Upon arrival, I was greeted by warm and accommodating front desk staff who made me feel welcomed and at ease. My appointment started promptly, with only a short wait before I was called in. Dr. Zalvan, the attending physician, entered the room shortly after, and while his initial demeanor may have seemed a bit curt, I quickly realized he was simply focused on gathering the specific information needed to assist me effectively. His approach, though direct, was incredibly reassuring, especially considering my nervousness stemming from a previous misdiagnosis. Dr. Zalvan's professionalism was matched by his empathy and understanding. Despite my apprehensions, he took the time to address my concerns and fears, providing thorough explanations and reassurances along the way. His bedside manner was exemplary, striking a perfect balance between maintaining control of the conversation and ensuring my comfort and understanding. Ultimately, my experience with Dr. Zalvan and the entire team at ENT and Allergy Associates left me thoroughly satisfied. Not only did I receive an accurate diagnosis and valuable information, but I also felt genuinely cared for throughout the process. In today's world, finding a healthcare provider who exceeds expectations is a rarity, but I can confidently say that ENT and Allergy Associates in Tarrytown, and Dr. Zalvan in particular, are exceptional. The office of Cameron Budenz is a joke. Its very hard to get an appointment with Dr. Budenz, and when you arrive expect to wait an extensive time. When I arrived, they said it would be a 40 minute wait. Thats not even the worse part. There was a 90 year old man there who clearly needed to see the doctor and after two hours, he and his son left because the wait was too long for the elderly man. I returned back after 40 minutes. I asked a blonde woman what was the status of my appointment. She stated it would be yet "another 40 minutes". Why couldn't've the office have common curtsy after someone takes off of work and let the patient know they are running very very behind? I went outside and tried to call a supervisor. This heavy set woman calls me in and says "if you want to speak to a manager you come to us" she was very confrontational. I told her not to tell me what to do. The blonde woman started yelling at me that I need to "back up" while the heavyset woman was yelling as well. Meanwhile I was just in the check in spot. This was just a power play by a very aggressive office. Do your selves a favor and go to an office that respects your time.

Dont waste your time. They pride themselves on seeing patients on time but make you wait a hour to be seen. Find another doctors office unless you have time to waste
