During my interaction with the medical secretary, I found her to be exceptionally rude and uncooperative. Her demeanor suggested a complete disinterest in her role and a lack of dedication to helping me. Despite my attempts to seek assistance, she appeared indifferent and unwilling to make any effort to address my needs. Even though I said thank you twice, trying to be a "Better Person" I didn't get no answer. This experience left me feeling frustrated and dissatisfied with the level of professionalism displayed. In a medical setting, where empathy and understanding are crucial, encountering such a dismissive attitude is particularly distressing. It is my hope that this review serves as a feedback mechanism, prompting a reassessment of the secretary's approach to patient interactions. In conclusion, my encounter with the medical secretary was marked by a noticeable lack of courtesy and a failure to fulfill the basic expectations of her role.

Terrible misinformation and disorganization if you need an MRI. Told we were "good to go" by Radiology only to have it cancelled-repeatedly. Office staff do not provide complete information- it's like pulling teeth to determine accurate status and process of an authorization for an MRI. Doctor and radiology departments do not communicate. The office is equally as difficult to deal with in trying to get medical records which we need to switch to another practice.

I hope your aren't in pain. Though my Physical Therapy was really good, i needed an MRI once completed. it was clear that there is a lack of organization with this office. the info printed out by the doctor at my appointment had incorrect contact numbers for getting the Authorization approved. In trying to find the correct person (even though i asked specifically by name) i was transferred to multiple departments that didn't know and finally last person that said they could help didn't. it took 2 days of calling only to not have gained what was needed. I've had to reschedule my MRI 3 times at this point. once i do get my MRI I'll be taking my images to another group for the remainder of my care.

I had my pre-op tests done on October 6 2023. The doctor and the staff were very nice, helpful and considerate. My test results came relatively soon and were sent to my surgeon. Among which there should have been a PT and a PTT test for blood coagulation. Long story short, they did not perform the PTT test and failed to inform me about it. The surgeon office could not get in touch with them. I also called multiple times and posted messages through the portal. In my last call today, which is two weeks after the appointment, they first insisted that PT and PTT are the same! I don't have a medical training, but a simple google search shows the difference! The part that is bothersome is that they did not admit to their fault, and kept us in the dark for so long.
