I really hated my visit yesterday really hated being confronted by Charlie super prejudicial mortgage rep that dissuaded me from getting a mortgage because he felt like my dti numbers were not manageable however Charlie is not an underwriter he was completely wring I got pre-approved for more than the amount he thought I could and also bad experience just to try to open my business acct when I was working with Margo and her manager for months to get my ein and other stuff together this new staff kinda not where they should be just overall bad experience and making me rethink this whole relationship with chase period if I child give you zero stars I would because your staff does not even deserve that one star did not earn it

Decades-long Chase customer here.  This 64 N. Broadway branch is the WORST of all Chase branches I've ever visited in terms of poor service:  obnoxious aggressive "bankers" who order you harshly to "sit down" when you arrive; disorganized schedules; poor staffing; and staff who don't show up for scheduled appointments.  Chase corporate doesn't care and won't do anything to change this pathetic level of service because Chase really only cares about business clients -- but save yourself, and go elsewhere.  Everyone should know this is also the branch that had an armed holdup not too long ago because it's at the intersection of two major highways, so it's also an obvious target for criminals hoping to get away quickly.Recommend that if you're looking for a Chase branch, there are so many others in this area, including the other Tarrytown branch at 64 N. Broadway, which is better, although given the terrible service at the 360 S. Broadway, that's not saying much.
