This is a business with national reach, but still picks up the phone and treats their customers with a high level of care. I worked with Jess and her team throughout the process. She coordinated directly with my insurance to ensure a painless payment. Communication was excellent from the first call until job complete - I was never left wondering about anything. The cleanup was good but I was told they would repair the damage but when they were done I was told I needed to call a contractor. I would not have used them if I knew that in advance. Now I’m left with what is left of the carpet and a wall that has to be sheet rocked. Not very professional. I would never use them again and will let my insurance co know Service: Water damage cleanup
