        Terrible experience!! I paid 33000 for a used Subaru and within 2 years had to pay over 4000 in repairs. The first repair was within 9 months from purchase This dealership does not care about its customers. I will never buy another Subaru.

        We been buying Subaru's from Bill Rapp for years. We currently just completed our second deal with Stephen Rudenis and Sean Abott. I highly recommend dealing with him and the dealership.

        Our salesperson was Stephen Rudenis. He was very attentive to our needs. He was responsive during negotiations. After the sale, he has kept in contact and continued to listen and respond to what we were telling him. We were not happy with the dealership response to our concerns about the brakes. The brakes shuddered when decelerating from high speeds. The dealership wanted us to drive the car to see what happened. We thought this was a poor response to a possible safety issue. With Steves help, we now have an appointment to have the brakes examined.

        Ernie Brown is the man! I was in a bit of bind in February; the short of it, I needed to sell my car due to moving country. He gave some great advice about the market and suggested we come back in a month for a better quote. We did, and he made good on his promise. Truly the best, most honest experience I've had at a dealership. If I was still in the US, and local to this dealership, I would absolutely be purchasing my next vehicle with Ernie at Bill Rapp Subaru!
