March edit: Angela is a sweetheart and obviously works very hard, after a while of not hearing back about all this she reassured me all is okay and they are looking into it, and explained to me the steps they are taking and that she will be chatting with several people. I am still anxious that the worst will happen, nothing will be done after a ~$17,000 dollar investment BUT she is doing her best to figure it out while juggling many things and I am hoping they make things right and things continue to go okay. Thank you Angela for what you do! February edit: I took my car in for a routine oil change at my trusted local shop. I also asked them to investigate why my headlights seem to not work well(also something i brought up in june to cny drives mechanic). It appears it's missing things and abunch of peices are broken and it is technically not safe to drivem. The peices i talked to the mechanic about and told me its no biggie. Calling today to hopefully find a solution. I do not want to change this review, as Jonathan was great. Looking forward to hearing back from you guys. Jonathan was AMAZING!! I was super nervous buying my car and I was confused but he took the time to explain everything to me and helped me get the car I wanted in the price I needed. Thanks again!! You're the best!

Great store and staff. Unfortunately we couldn't make the sale happen, but this place was so great that a 5 star review is still well warranted. Best place for quality used cars in the area!!!

I rate the overall experience a 2. Angela did well with making the purchase painless. The late hours that she commits to the job are incredible being that I worked during the day. Closer to purchase it did feel rushed, being told that the car HAD to leave the lot. The car initially needed a new muffler which she said the car will be fixed. 1 day after leaving the lot the car sounded BAD! I text the mechanic cell that she gave me but TWO WEEKS go by and no response!! Third week I pop up to the dealer and Angela is on the cell moving cars around in the lot. I felt ignored having stood there for 10 mins or more without even an acknowledgment of my presence. Eventually she comes up to me at the door and says next MONDAY when can you get the car in. Mind you its been two already, not three weeks!! I told her as soon as they open. Then being in Syracuse the shop is in Fulton, but when purchasing she assured me there were places in Syracuse that I could go. Day of the appointment there was a weather advisory so I couldnt make it, especially in a car not working properly. I messaged the me mechanic cell stating we need to reschedule. Three days later I get a text back, a need to reschedule. Here we are another week, no new appointment. No call back from him or Angela, but mind you I was getting calls 1-2 times a day to purchase and take the car off the lot. Ghosted for repairs. I need my money back and they can take the car!!

Buyer beware, the cars here are not what it seems, the reviews are drafted there so the clients get discounts for their reviews, 5hat the reason i am reposting or updating, I was duped they made everything seem nice, but once you get through the layers it's not good. 1st I spoke to the same guy for about two weeks regarding the vehicle now when I'm ready to purchase the truck I'm told that it must pass a 60 point inspection which should have been done prior to them listing the truck. I was then told it would take 72 hours. That was on the 1st of March. we are now on the 11th and received a phone call today that the parts are in and have started working on the truck and laughed when i asked for a completion date. Complete waste of my time and money. They fail to compensate me for my time lost and frustration. When they told me this after the third day, I expressed my frustration with Angela, and she hung up the phone on me. They themselves told me all their cars must go through this. So I gathered they'll have the car sitting on the lot until someone purchases it, then they take your deposit to fix the vehicles. I traveled 55 miles to get abused. Not only that, they listed the truck online for 16,995 and drafted the contract for me to pay close to 19k. Angela became combative, defensive, and very rude and unprofessional. As far as I'm concerned, every 1 star has experienced something that I've experienced over at CNY Drives Inc. Update. 3/14/2024 You take your time to type an elaborate response to your negative reviews, and now you are degrading me by saying I was using, were you when I requested to speak to you now, you choose to respond on this platform. I am grateful that she drove us home, I did mention that to her, and that's why I waited 11 days to post a review. Why did you not mention how patient I was waiting for delivery of the vehicle. Who in their right mind goes to a used car dealership and expects to wait 2 weeks for delivery on top of that I called and asked for you Sir, and you chose this platform to communicate with me. That speaks well of your customer relations. Trying to make look like the bad guy when all I told Angela was that there must be some common ground. You mentioned expectations, but I do know that cars listed for sale are as is, or should have passed inspection before being placed on the lot for sale. You now realized that you had a lemon listed for sale, and now you are trying to cover yourself, that is all. You should just be honest and make the customer as comfortable and happy as possible. Now Angela did apologize for her behavior and sir I think you should do the same and do right by your customers because trying to make me look bad is hear say and that does not reflect good on you as a business, every bad post on here has something to do with Angela. What I may have said was that I've been paying for cab fair for my children who attends three different schools since I lost my truck in an accident, out of anger I said what the xxxx am I going to do now that I expressed to Angela the urgency she could have told me up front, not after paperwork is drawn up. If you were brave enough, you'd give me a call to resolve this issue because I did not rush to post a bad review, I gave you time to cure the matter. So sir your statements are incorrect where is the vehicle 14 days after signatures are signed, usually in this situation the dealership gives the customer a courtesy vehicle you are not providing that, and since that is the case I want the vehicle sold at the listed price not $2000 over the listed price, that is my argument why should I pay more when you listed it for less? I have to pay for transportation for my children who attends three different schools, I have over spent, sir I signed a contract with you on the first of the month we are now on the 14th with no delivery, what spot does that put you in, on top of that all your calls coming were recorded so I'm not ignorant I'm aware that the calls may be used in court proceedings so I would never degrade myself as you have attempt
