Im planning on checking out every single bubble tea place in cry and I have to say the ones I went to today were awesome!!! Unique, like its name, offers some truly unique flavors Ive never seen before! I highly recommend their exotic series drinks. Dang so good!

Their call customer service is terrible. I greeted them and they were like okay. I explained to them why I was calling and they made me explain myself all over again by asking why as if they were not paying attention the first time. Then, they cut me off by responding no to my question. I am not sure if they are going through something or under pressure, but they could have handled the call more respectfully and professionally. Especially, when I was not rude or unprofessional in asking. Moreover, I have been a consistent client in the past who has even recommended them but I am upset to be received with such coldness.
