Bob's Small Engine Repair

I don't know the caliber of work done by the owner, because he never came to my appointment or followed up. In June I called to see if someone could come out to look at my mower since I don't drive. He returned my call 10 days later, saying he was really busy. I'd already started paying someone to mow but that was getting expensive so I agreed to set up an appointment. The appointment was for July 6th. I was instructed to leave my lawnmower out. I let him know that I work from home and to simply ring and I'd pay. I was quoted $30 to come out and $50 per hour, $80 minimum. I went and got cash and brought the lawnmower out at 8am. The guy didn't show, text, or call. Around noon I called and left a voicemail asking if he was still coming because I'd rather not just leave the mower out. It's now the 11th and he hasn't returned my call. It's a terrible way to do business and very disorganized. Maybe he does good work, I'll never know, and wouldn't recommend that level of mismanagement to anyone.

Bob did a great job on my snowblower. We had over 12 inches of snow on Wed and he was able to come and fix it Thursday. In addition he is a super nice person. Highly recommend!

Bob made an appointment with me 2 weeks out to look at a cable on my snowblower for 9 30 am on a Saturday he called me at 9 45 am to say he wasn't coming out because it was too cold out 5 degrees I said thanks Bob but I can't use you Wish I could call work and say I'm not coming in it's too cold out
