        I made a return for an online order at a physical store but the cashier who did the return switched out the original product with a completely different one. I have the receipts of the error but customer service was unable to give me any help. Bad employee training overall, I lost money and my item.

        Simply terrible. The staff was rude, not helpful and actually laughed at me. We had a serious problem..and they were dismissive and grinning. I have spoken to the customer service people and am hoping to hear back from the ""corporation" the store team is very poorly trained in basic customer care practices. I tried to file an incident report due to the problem we encountered and was given a piece of paper with customer service and 1 800# written on it.
