image Was just on 690 and this company driver is driving like a complete jack. Cutting off semi trucks, driving over the white to cut people when merging on 81S because hes veering through traffic like hes a nascar driver! All that just to get to the same destination as someone else a couple seconds faster?

image I haven't used this business for any work personally, but have heard countless family members' horror stories working with them. My review, however, is being written due to the absolutely insane way the buffoon was driving the Ram company truck. He was going over 100 on 81, almost hitting me whilst changing lanes, and nearly spinning out in the intersection due to oversteer when getting off on Butternut. You should have your license revoked.

image Contacted this company for a quote on a large job. Waited 45 minutes past the first scheduled time for a walk through before emailing them for an update and being told they forgot about the appointment.
Rescheduled, and was then told they would DEFINITELY send the estimate within a week, because they care so much about customer care. If they couldn't do it, they'd let me know about some of the other smaller jobs I was considering.
That was 3 months ago. Not a peep.
So far, no company is willing to even consider adding a shed dormer to a cape cod. At least some companies let me know they wouldn't be able to do it.

I apologize about the confusion, honestly we’ve had the hardest year finding an eligible/capable office secretary. We’ve gone through 3 this year, things have been extremely hectic, but that’s no excuse, you should have been notified either way!

image So first I'd like to state that so far we don't have a problem with the remodel they did. The grout is cracking near the tub but that's not a huge issue. And painting could have been done a little less messy.
Second I enjoyed having Josh work in my house. He was genuinely a great guy. When he communicated, it was great.
But to the issues now. Other than the paint and grout cracking by the tub, everything seems fine and when there was an issue he did come out to fix it until recently.
He and his worker consistently took out my window to toss bigger pieces of debris easier. Which fine it made sense at the time.
The last time they did it it broke the window. The window itself isn't the greatest but it was known to open and close without issue and now it won't stay open at all.
Josh eventually took a look at it and said he'd fix it but only at a discount. So I said fine but I also want estimates for other stuff I want to do in the house including doing all the windows, garage, stairs. Etc.
He told me on the 8th of November that he'd get me an estimate asap. At the very least an estimate for the window he technically broke. But nothing after he asked for measurements.
I asked a day later for an update and no answer.
Then I asked on the 11th.
Then the 14th.
Then the 17th.
Finally an answer.
He apologized. Said he sent an email which I never got. Still haven't.
Then nothing.
Asked again on the 22nd and I finally get a number for the window. Then nothing - which I get that the holiday was happening but this was stemming from the 8th and even before that communication was shoddy.
So that is my biggest gripe. I would have liked to use them in the near future but I dont think they appreciate me as a customer.
And as such I feel I was extremely patient considering the circumstances.
So while I was excited for the price. The communication wasn't on the same level. Service: Remodeling

image My master shower was leaking slightly into my kitchen on my 1st floor. There was a small crack in the shower base which I assumed caused the leak. Josh determined the leak was from my drain and fixed it on the spot. He told me how to fix the crack with silicone and how to fix the ceiling in the kitchen. Great service! Highly recommended!
