From start to finish, an absolute great experience. The initial inspection found many more issues than the other three companies we contacted reported, all were then clearly addressed in the estimate. Additionally, any excess material costs were clearly identified prior to any work being done, and all materials were a higher spec then the other three estimates as well. We were notified a week in advance, and confirmed the day before work was scheduled with a clear arrival time, which the crew was about 5 minutes early to, so even better.
During the day of work, the old roof shingles were removed in about an hour and a half, and the new plywood sheets were being installed by about hour 2. In addition to a new upper-level roof, they also patched a lot of soft spots not revealed prior, but clearly needed fixing. So, all in all, about 50 full sheets of plywood replaced in just a couple of hours. Once they were on the underlayment, ice barrier, and shingle installation I couldn't keep up with them since they were so quick. Additionally, as the crew on top was installing the layers of the roof, at least one to two people were constantly cleaning up the area, ensuring as clean a work area as possible, and making sure to run giant magnets around the entire property on a continuous basis to pick up any dropped nails. So far, since the install day, we've found exactly 3 nails, and two were where the onsite dumpster was at, just perched on the edge and didn't fall in.
After installation was complete, the supervisor walked the property with us to ensure the entire area was cleaned to our liking, and to answer any and all questions about the installation. We went over the overage of extra plywood sheets from the quote, which were only 6 due to a very thorough inspection of the old roof, so the cost overrun was a very respectable 3% of the total.
From start to finish, they were fantastic, and my wife and I love the new roof. So, would I recommend Top Tier for roof repair and replacement?
Absolutely, with no hesitation at all. Give them a call, you'll be glad you did.

Top Tier Roofing was extremely easy to work with from the moment I first contacted them. They responded quickly, were very friendly, and showed up when they said they would. They got me on the schedule fast and Im so thankful they did (since my roof was in bad shape and in need of some TLC). I couldnt be happier with the whole process, and my new garage roof looks amazing! Highly recommend giving them a call when youre in need of a new roof. :)

I had to have a roof put on my house. Anthony came to my house. Did an estimate and had his crew do a temp repair until spring. About 2 weeks ago one of his crews came to my home and put on a new roof. They were very professional and did an excellent job. They cleaned up as they worked and I was very happy with their work. I would give them 6 stars if it was available. Also I was given a 10% discount because I am a veteran.
