Very unorganized! You have to constantly call and Remind them to do their own job. Liked the property but went in another direction because of the disorganization.

One of THE WORST..!!!! I requested to install washer and dryer ( I requested because I was told that the landlord will do it with 50$ more every month) I called them before the end of February they send someone out after weeks of trying to get a hold of them. After they send someone out no call no show no message after 3 weeks pass by so I called them no really answer to when they will be coming to install it. The conversation was like I was speaking to a 5 years old. Now we are in April nothing happens..!!! I cant open any of the windows in the apt we are renting I called them to fix it so I can have AC in the apt.., no one answer. I am really really really praying that they read this review and call me..!

Excellent property manager! Took over management of a challenging property for me and turned it around with good tenants. Now have more property with them and not a complaint! They do well with the accounting and good communication.

5 Star Rating Awesome Contacted CNYAM recently to rebuild an backyard deck. They did an excellent job, were attentive to detail and timely in completing the job quick and on time. Highly recommend CNYAM for any property management work.
