This company was contracted by VIP Structures to provide ALL plumbing installation services for our newly constructed 15.000 sq ft child care center in central New York. Three years after construction completion I noticed we have a significant leak in the ceiling and a copper water pipe entering the building has a corrosive connection in one of the pipes. This was caused by poor workmanship as the plumber did not wipe the joint clean at the T connection and it developed corrosion and began to leak. . I called Donte at NJ Jones plumbing to let him know and he responded sorry and didnt offer any assistance and said he was to busy to help.. you should call someone else . He also said they have been in business for only 8 years and did have this happen on another project. I am writing this comment to inform you that this company has provided unacceptable work quality and you should consider this before allowing them to do your plumbing. .
