This is a followup - Suspension problem still present after initial repair and problem was misdiagnosed when I returned. Had I not asked for a senior mechanic to look I would have paid $1,000 for the wrong repair. I wrote a detailed complaint to the regional manager, but he only offered a 15% parts discount on the new repair (about $25) and no comp for the initial problems. I had told them initially that we needed a thorough check as we were going to replace the vehicle, and when I finally gave up and went to another shop, I found they had missed numerous items - meaning we should not have dropped $1200 on the initial repair. Initial review: Rude employee, no apology for inconvenience, repairs not properly done, and shop not open when I scheduled a follow-up state inspection.

Gentleman at the front desk was disrespectful and rude. Booked appointment online for inspection & oil change. No courtesy call to let me know they are unable to do the inspection. Frustrated, I asked how the appt was allowed to go through, given they dont have a tech. He was snarky and said, corporate doesnt know unless they microchip our mechanics. Disrespectful and rude. Avoid this location if possible.

Great customer service and the problem I had with my vehicle was fixed in a prompt manner. If you have any issues with your vehicle please come to mr.tire!!
