Dr. Ross Moquin MD

He is just beyond rude and pompous! I was referred to him 7 years ago for 2 discs out in my neck that were compressing my spinal cord. He did an ACDF and acted like I was going to be perfect now. Well Im not. Im still in terrible pain and MRIs show that the level above and the level below my fusion are breaking down causing my severe pain and weakness. He said I would need to go to Physical Therapy before insurance would cover the surgery so I did and all it did was cause me extreme pain but I did it thinking I would finally get some relief after the surgery. When I completed the therapy I went back to see him and then he tells me that because of COVID they were not doing any elective surgeries and that since mine was not considered emergent that he just wasnt going to do anything about it. I was in tears by the end of my visit because I had suffered thru the therapy only to be told that he just wasnt going to do anything anyways. He had no compassion, the WORST bedside manner, and if it doesnt benefit him then he just doesnt care. I dont understand how other people put in reviews about how caring he is because in my view he only cares about himself. Now Dr. Soults in the same practice is the total opposite and is an amazing Dr. I would recommend him and would stay away from Moquin!!!!

I had a fractured spine @ L4-L5. I treated with Dr. Moquin, his NP Rob, & Nurse Chris. These people are some of the most professional people I have dealt with. Dr. Moquin performed surgery on me, which resulted with a rod, plate, cage, & screws. I now have a QUALITY of life, which is something I didnt have prior to surgery. I would HIGHLY recommend them. I am sooo much better now. In fact, I have referred my son-in-law to them!

Had a blown out L4/L5 disc. With the profession I am in, I needed to have surgery immediately due to the injury limiting me from doing any part of my job. Moquin explained everything spot on and was straight forward with how things were going to be. The surgery was quick and am recovering very well with little to moderate pain. I would highly recommend Dr. Moquin to anyone that needs someone trustworthy when it comes to their back.

Dr. Moquin saved my quality of life. He made me feel at ease through all our interactions. And his staff are all super friendly. I highly recommend Dr. Moquin.

This is the worst dr never going back i went because of a lower back pain and send me to pt without an xray how a dr gonna send somebody to pt without knowing was wrong with the back it can be a diferrent stuff . I do not recommend dr ross moquin plus he is a rude person never going back if they give you this dr please change it. Plus i check the pills he prescribe me and they are for treat epilepsy and shingles .
