      image These guys saved Christmas! My router fried out last night (Christmas eve,eve) and I called after hours and they said they couldn't make it until the day after Christmas, which with the holiday was understandable. This was pretty devastating seeing that all 4 of my kids got media devices for Christmas that they wouldn't be able to use because you need internet for everything now. The next morning, Christmas eve. I got a call from the tech at New Visions saying they were responding to an emergency call I placed last night. Well, an hour later they had a tech at my house that was on call and he replaced everything, no questions asked! It was amazing! The quality is unmatched, but the customer service will keep me as a customer for life! Thank you New Visions for giving us a Christmas Miracle!
