        Beautiful hotel. Our room was very large. Only negative really is that the housekeeper failed to leave bedding for the extra bed. Our 15 yo called the front desk and they told her to come down and get it instead of sending someone up to deliver it. They also only gave her a very worn, rough blanket, completely inadequate to keep her warm during the night.

        Beautiful hotel in the heart of Syracuse. The rooms are exceptional and spotless.

        Clean, animal friendly, beautiful hotel. Staff is slow, lazy, not customer service focused. I was given the wrong room number to start, had to go back to the desk and get the right number and then we had the wrong room layout. We had to change rooms completely. Get to our room and no bedding, only 1 towel. We asked them to deliver it to the room and we waited nearly two hours for house keeping and they never arrived. Before heading to dinner we asked if it could be left behind the customer service desk for us once we arrived back to the hotel. It was forgotten and not done, they luckily got us the bedding, towel within 30 mins of waiting. Beds definitely need to be replaced, two of the rooms we were in we sat on the mattress and it sunk down so low. The mattresses are just very outdated. Overall it is a decent hotel, beautiful inside. Keep in mind that parking is not connected and separate from the building and is about a 5 min walk. Also a bus station is right next door so many homeless walk around the area panhandling.
