Sending me drugs and charging me for them. Drugs I did not need. $100 worth of drugs going down the drain. No one listened to me when I told them a change order was coming from the doctor. They refused to refund my account.

The Staff is CNY infusion Services are friendly, courteous, knowledgeable, and very prompt. Dave met us at the hospital and introduced himself as well as instructed my wife and I on how to care and use a PICC line at home. On the day of discharge, Dave met us at our home to ensure we had all our supplies and and medications and reteach us the way to administer our medication. He was not in a hurry to leave he spent the time and did a great job helping us understand the use of the PICC line. Heather was very prompt and professional. She changed my dressing and ensured i did not have any questions before she left for the day. Everyone i spoke with on the phone and in person was very helpful. I had an issue after business hours and my call was returned within 5 minutes by 2 people. Thank you CNY Infusion services for all your help in getting me discharged from the Hospital. My care was tremendous! I will make sure to use your services in the future as well as tell my friends and family to use your services.

This is the first review that I have ever written. If it were possible to give a negative star review, I would. This company, CNY, should have their business license rescinded. My husband is on a 24 hour/7 day a week heart medicine infusion. Unfortunately, the company supplying the medicine, pump, and supplies was CNY. During the course of the treatment, I had several questions , and the company was very tough to deal with and have any questions answered in a professional manner. CNY, with very short notice, called my husband's doctor's office and said they decided to stop supplying a life-saving heart medicine, difficult to obtain in upstate NY. The doctor's office, as well as the home nurse care service, attempted to resolve any problems that CNY might have had (which were never explained). The company refused to compromise. There are no words for the catastrophic results this has caused my husband. Never in my life have I experienced a company so heartless, cruel, and unprofessional as CNY.

CNY Infusion Services is great place to work! Its the best of both clinical and home/community nursing environments. The consistent schedule is a perk, and the call that is required is not nearly as bad as it may sound. From the top down, the staff is very pleasant, supportive, and professional. The nursing team is dedicated and work very well together. Its a very streamlined operation between pharmacy and nursing, which allows you to focus on patient care. All youre appointments are 1:1 which is great because you have time to really assess and get to know your patients health status. Unlike most clinical settings its very autonomous. For independent and self motivated RNs this job would be the perfect fit. Lastly, the patient population and demographic is very special. The relationships started, and maintained, can be very rewarding on a professional and personal level.
