Overhead Door Company of Greater Syracuse is fantastic. Always very quick to respond when we have had issues with our Overhead garage door in the past. Our old overhead door stopped working this past Friday morning, and we had OHD Company out several times in the past to fix our old one so we knew it was time for a new one. We called OHD Company immediately and Terry was fabulous helping us choose a new overhead door, we ordered it and they scheduled us for Monday to install. Tim from OHD came out at the scheduled time and installed the new overhead door, installed new pushbutton in garage, new keypad outside, programmed our car button, and instructed on how to download the app on our phone. Excellent full service and all around helpful, prompt, and courteous. Highly recommend Overhead Door Company of Greater Syracuse!

I want to thank the team at Overhead Door for resolving my broken door issues so quickly. I called yesterday afternoon. Got an appointment day of Thursday,April 4th. Today the lady called me to say she had a free installer available now. I said okay. Let's get it done now then. He arrived within 30 minutes. Tim R.is a professional. He assessed the situation quickly and got right to work. He had all the parts needed to complete the job. He was quick and thorough. He walked me through what he replaced and the maintenance on the rest of the system. I was very pleased with Tim R handling of my maintenance issue. Thank you so much Tim and office lady who's name escapes me. She did a big part as well asking the important questions to determine the right parts needed.
