I bought the Craftsman furniture dressing a few years ago and I loved it. I have used it on some very fine pieces of furniture and a few mediocre small pieces. It makes the pieces look so beautiful, you might consider that your pieces will then be well taken care and look great. I am now going to do my kitchen cabinets. I recently received a post card in the mail from Craftsman, so glad they did because I immediately ordered two cans. My advice follow the directions on the can.

I had been long searching for a professional woodworker to refinish a family heirloom, a hand-crafted wooden tool box. Although it holds nothing more than sentimental value, I wanted to be sure whoever worked on it was someone I could trust to do the job right. Then I stumbled upon The Craftsman: years of experience, extensive range of services and restoration skills, examples of quality workmanship. I decided to give them a try. I took in my tool chest and dragged along a water-stained, marked up, ugly coffee table I didn't really care about but didn't know what else to do with it. Not much explanation was necessary on my part as I immediately sensed Ron (Cosser) knew exactly what I needed done, including my preferred choice of color! To my delight, the project was completed much quicker than I anticipated and at a very reasonable cost. When my items were brought out from the workshop, I could hardly believe they were mine - I was speechless. They were gorgeous! The finish on both was perfect, exactly to my specifications. The ugly coffee table is now a stunningly beautiful piece of fine furniture I am proud to have in my living room. I never imagined such a transformation possible. The prized tool chest is on display as a fine work of art. I am extremely pleased. My decision to trust The Craftsman was an excellent choice. Their team indeed are all true artisans.

Local shop, dedicated to excellence!! Not only have they repaired and refinished furniture I HAD, and from other furniture locales, but they also create AMAZING furniture as well. I continue to LOVE and utilize the marble topped, tiger maple (the detail of the legs is amazing - antique looking) to this day, perfect condition after 15 yrs --- definitely recommend their services.

After only a phone call to find out if we could possibly save some used tables we purchased, the person in which I spoke with ( owner, maybe) was short with me and rude, telling me he was in the middle of helping a customer (as if I knew this already). I am sorry but if you are going to speak to a potential customer in that matter,you don't deserve the business. Two words...interpersonal dynamics.
