Communication was perfect! I live several states away, but they kept me in the loop when severe weather hit. They offered to either bring the flowers to the location despite the storm, or arrange me a fresh bouquet and deliver it a day from the date. This entire exchange was clear, precise, and polite. It was obvious Saint Agnes' staff cared about the integrity of the bouquet and the overall receiver experience. I've never visited the store in-person, but they have my complete loyalty.

Amazing service! Called to order flowers for my Grandfathers services and she was so willing to make them just how I wanted it, all the way from Oklahoma. 100 percent recommend! Thank you so much for your kindness! I really cant thank you enough!

Although the floral arrangements looked nice and they were delivered on time. But, our conversation was a little different, when I called the next day to comment on my order, I was told something different and they agreed to offer me some monies back. Again, the conversation and what was offered back was different . Phone orders

Flowers were gorgeous. So many choices. Staff was very helpful and made notes that helped when they reached their destination.
