    DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE. Jessica showed up to my wedding late....intoxicated, disorganized, disheveled saying she had just been in a car accident. As I read her reviews it seems like she is using this excuse often. She still owes me Andy wife money for services not provided. She will ruin your special day and then block your number.

    Said she was in a car accident less than a week before the wedding which is what happened to another client of hers in September. We have paid her in full. She was able to find a another DJ, but has failed to pay him. She has also failed to refund me my money for the officiant and Photo booth services. We are to the point where we have to take her to small claims court

    Owner failed to show up to 2 of our scheduled phone call appointments a couple weeks before the wedding. Day of the wedding had to stall starting the ceremony As they weren't done setting up our chair covers. Jessica claimed  the "DJ" assigned got in to an accident. Due to the delay of our entrance of an additional hour because jessica was missing in action, we lost an hour of our reception.  none of the songs for the Bridal party were played, I requested a song which was never played, paid for 10 uplighting yellow or blue. Owner claims She can prove they were not Green as every guest remembers and in every picture. Wasn't able To hear the best man, maid of honor or blessing due to feedback. Couldn't find DJ so our reception started 45 mins late, bridal party was outside waiting to enter. The photographers had to take control and help. She ruined my wedding day. Most importantly our ceremony was supposed to have a microphone so our guests could hear our vows, which never showed.  Requested a refund and she agreed however was upset I gave her a bad review on the knot.  Our wedding was Aug 7th and still waiting  for her to respond to my messages.now.  She was the worst part of our day.  We will never get that day back.  Filed a complaint woth better business bureau

    We hired Proctor entertainment for officiant and ceremony music (guitar players) services for our wedding in 2020 that was postponed till September 2021. We made several attempts by phone call, text and email in the 3 weeks leading up to the wedding with barely any response or broken promises to call back from Jessica. The day before our wedding we were told that we could not have the ceremony music due to not having paid the rest of our invoice even though we had been trying to pay her for weeks. Jessica also promised to show early the day of as she never provided us with the materials she said she would for us to have a rehearsal dinner at our place without her coming out. She called us at 1 am the morning of our wedding asking for the rest of the invoice which was less than the cost of the guitar players... she said she could possibly still get them if we paid, which we reluctantly paid. Day of, she was late to our ceremony, throwing off the entire day as none of us knew what we were supposed to be doing. She was rude, rushed and lost our ring box that was custom made (we have never received it back). She also stated several times by email or text that she would pay us back the money she owes for the music not provided, yet she has never gotten back to us and no longer answers her phone.

    I hired Jessica in January 2020 for a wedding in July. When covid hit I changed the date to July 2021. That was not an issue. I sent her a few text messages with no response back. I tried calling her and no response. I was able to get her through Facebook. We set up a phone conference which was no problem. She was supposed to send me an email that took 20 days to receive. The morning of my wedding I received a message from her assistant that they were scrambling to find a photobooth . My ceremony was at noon. I was told Jessica would be there 30 minutes beforehand. I show up and she isn't there. 10 minutes before she sends me a message stating she is in traffic. I try calling with no answer. She shows up to my ceremony 10 minutes after it's supposed to start. She is clearly frazzled and out of breathe. She then changes her story to she had been in an accident. We could tell it was something else. My husband fired her on the spot. I asked for a refund on her unfulfilled duties. She complied with my request. But has been pushing it off. Last week she was supposed to send it. I have sent numerous messages and no response. Please take it from me you do not want to hire her.
