Buyer beware. These guys are the worse. 3 phone calls and 1.5 hours with their "expert" David only resulted in referrals back to the web site, which is equally bad, just to get the wrong motor. Ordered a replacement which cost $50 more to ship and $100 more to purchase. Got a RMA number and promptly returned the first motor, never installed or hooked up to anything, returned in the same box it was shipped in, then nothing for 2 months. After 3 follow up phone calls, I finally insisted on talking to someone who could actually issue the refund. All good, or so I thought. To add insult to injury, I was only refunded $450 of the $520 list price on the original motor. My $600 motor wound up costing me nearly $1000. Avoid at all costs.

It's a great place to work and the owner is a great and honorable man that lives by a higher standard then others and does it because your supposed to do the right thing even though no one is watching. And that's what the business puts out great products made in America by a American that the owner takes a huge price deferential by not producing overseas for 1.50 a hour he started me at 18 with no experience. And due to my own doing I made a mistake and had a episode that I haven't had in 2 years but I understand business is business and I just became a liability..

Today we called to order a motor with a part # handy. We are a factory Authorized EZ-GO dealer and have been in business for 16 years...one of the largest dealers in the southeast USA, which is not by accident. Every time we call to order we get some sort of attitude on the phone from whoever is working. Today David answered and decided to be completely rude to my parts manager. We've been buying their product for 10+ years, sometimes direct, sometimes through distributors. Today was the last straw as I wont have my employees talked to condescendingly when we are just trying to buy a motor from them. Absolutely ridiculous.

Called There helpline for some questions about wiring on new install. Gentlemen answered phone and act like I was bothering him by asking questions and straight up blew me off. Don't waste your money buying from these people cause they are not helpful when needed !!!
