Not only did Adrian and Brian clear the problem in the kitchen sink, they also showed the cause of the problem, explained their process, and provided tips and product recommendations to keep maintenance on the drain. Their level of service easily demonstrates the difference between a family business and a big chain.

I called Syracuse Drains after calling 2 other companies as my basement was flooding from a sewer backup. The other companies didnt even call me even though it advertised 24/7 emergency services. I hadnt heard of Syracuse Drains until someone told me to call them. They responded and were at my home within a couple of hours. I was in a state of panic since I had never experienced this before. These techs were just awesome. They were comforting and reassured me they could fix this. And they did! I was expecting a very high bill being it was a Sunday! But no, they were reasonable and efficient. I told them I would never call anyone else going forward! Thank you so much Syracuse Drains!

I called this afternoon in a complete panic. Within a couple of hours they came here cleaned out my drains and everything is working perfect right now. Professional and works on salary vs commission so they dont try and upsell things I didnt need!!! Thank you!!
