        Apparently the cheezo tea espresso drinks dont come with the cheese foam despite it being in the name and menu description. Despite it being included if you order online! Also charged extra for less ice without any indication AND without it being anywhere on the menu. Feels rather scummy. Ended up with a tiny sliver of foam and a bland watered down drink.

        Price not transparent. Guy cashier wasnt nice when I asked for clarification. Turned out to be an overpriced $7.25 tea.

        I go there almost every week for Taro Milk.There was frequent time where the beans was sour. But yesterday was the worst , my mom choked on this. So just be careful.

      Sorry for your inconvenience and your experience. We have worked out the menu issue with the staff. Due to price increases in supplies, reducing the ice quantity increases ingredients to fulfill the recipe for your ordered size drink, “less ice charge” is the additional charge for deviating from the recipe to pay for the extra ingredients used. Please return for a better experience, the cheezo foam tea espresso won’t have the additional cheezo foam charge in the future.

      Sorry for your experience, we have been working through updating the menus since a change in management. The new prices are reflected now on the updated menu.
