I DO NOT recommend Jonathan Abbott, Rocktastic. He did work for me in 2020: deck, pavers, fencing, stone landscape. Everything he did has had to be repaired, replaced, and redone. It has cost me thousands of dollars, on top of what he was paid, to fix everything, and I am still not done. His work ethic is terrible, he shows up whenever he feels like it, sometimes only for a couple of hours, it took him almost 4 months to do the job because he was so unorganized and didnt have a work plan. He left tons of equipment in my yard, for weeks, killing my grass, he didnt cover anything when he spray painted my deck and front steps, thus spray painting my house, and all my landscaping with deck paint. He spilled deck paint on brand new laid pavers. He pressure washed the pavers, damaging them (and my driveway) and then had to replace the pavers. He did not tap them down, causing a tripping hazard so they had to be removed (by another company). He installed fence posts that were cracked and split, and he did not pour them in footers, he screwed them into the deck, making it impossible for a gate to last hanging on them. I had to hire another company to replace the posts before the fence could be completed. All of the stone that he used for the landscaping is turning to shale and has sunk down so far that now animals can get under the deck. It has caused me two years of unbelievable stress to fix everything that he did and Im still not done. I would not hire him to change a lightbulb in my house! I have hundreds of pictures, anyone who is considering hiring this individual, please contact me and I would be more than happy to show you exactly what he did and did not do. There is so much damage and incompetency, I cant even describe it all. I dont want anyone else to experience what I went through. Services: Deck construction, Exterior structural repairs
