        The rep took time to answer the door. Then the location didn't have the advertised device on stock nor honored the sms promotion to receive the new 5g SIM card. Additionally i elected to select another device to swap upgrade. The rep role me i couldn't do that i would have to pay additional fees even though being an existing Boost Mobile customer for over 5 years. Highly dissatisfied with this and will be taking my business to another carrier. DO NOT RECOMMEND TO NEW OR EXISTING CUSTOMERS!

        I work downtown. My granddaughter has acct with Boost. This store always seems to be locked no one there or a note on door . Ive had this happen several times.
