Incredible how America you still get service in the middle of winter. Go to a car wash in Canada and you'll see what I'm talking about nobody there except you and the Machine.

I wash my vehicles three times a week and I have been using the service for six months now and I am thoroughly disgusted that I showed up about five days ago and the doors were closed. Without warning they close the doors and they pulled out the soft cloth car wash and they are going to a laser guided car wash I love the soft car car wash and the cloth dried individualized drying at the end was a nice touch. This felt like the old days when service mattered. While I tipped $10 per car multiply that by two cars three times a week do the math I spent a lot of money there. And without warning they close the doors and did not tell a loyal customer. I am very upset and he has lost a loyal customer shame on this owner for doing such a thing. Hopefully I can find someone that values loyalty!!!
