Nora it’s been over 6 months since you were in the salon. Why the review so much later?? Your service was a smoother not a Brazilian blowout. We explained that to you a few times. A smoother will not make your hair stick straight just smooth, also explained that it washes out gracefully and it does make a difference what you are washing it with. You returned 2 more times, both times well after our two week grace period. We reapplied the smother free of charge both visits and gave you free shampoo and conditioner because you were using something that was very harsh on your hair! We really tried our very best and when you still were not satisfied we gave you a refund. I honestly feel like we went above and beyond. As I recall, nobody cut your hair off we trimmed the very ends because you hadn’t had a haircut in cover a year, not sure why you’re bashing us so many months later?!? we are so very sorry you feel like you had a bad experience.
