Have nothing but good things to say about my experience with them. I purchased 2 full bathrooms worth of items through them as well as some kitchen and lighting. Everything is absolutely beautiful and of very high quality. Their showroom is beautiful and they have many high-end, quality items to choose from. I did have a problem with one of my showerheads. Webb contacted Delta for me to make sure that they rectified the situation. Rachel Sisco is wonderful to work with!! I am really pleased with my experience and with all of the gorgeous fixtures in my home.

The store does not employ enough people. Unless you make an appointment, you will not be helped if you walk into the showroom. I purchased from Bailey but she was unable to spell my name correctly. No follow up on the order. Failed to ship a light fixture with the vanity. I had to pick it up myself. Conclusion: product selection is above average. Customer service is poor.
