I had a phone call of confirming the appointment made 30 minutes before the appointment schedule. It helped me to get to the bank on time and I met Brenda who helped professionally in opening a new bank account. It was excellent experience. Thank you Brenda :)

I echo what others have said about this bank. You can never go into this branch and not have to wait 20 minutes before getting before a teller. They could have 20 people in line, and 5 employees, but still only one teller. Each and every time I go it is the same story. They see the long line of customers and just don't care. This is a horrible branch for BOA. Horrible.

Help me solve this equation: It's Friday, there are 14 people in queue waiting to cash their checks (I am the fourth), 3 people are sitting on the bench waiting to be helped as well. There are only 2 active tellers and 4 employees standing off to the side laughing about not being able to understand their foreign clients that they shooed away. How long will it take to cash my check? The answer is 34 minutes. When I asked the manager, Stephanie, about the problem she said that it was because every employee in the bank was not "cash ready". I can only surmise that the training she received is inadequate or her position was given to her in poor taste. As a manager a basic problem such as this, on Fridays, in a bank, is to be expected. Managers at any place of business are expected to be problem solvers with the ability to handle problems on-the-fly. As you can see from the myriad of negative reviews about this branch, Stephanie is the common denominator. If she had proper training there would be 4 people on teller service and 2 assisting others during the busiest day of the week and people would not be made to frequently reschedule appointments or come back to cash their checks. As it stands you cannot cash your check on your lunch break at this branch. Which means they must expect that you return either in a day of or at a later time after having already waited 25+ minutes. For corporate to know about this issue and repeatedly do nothing about it (as you can see from the reviews and Stephanie still has not changed her scheduling errors) means that this banking institution does not regard the value of time and money for it's patrons, but rather the inherent laziness and illogical behavior from their employees. Also, if you're going to have an employee engaging clients with a language barrier, make sure the employee that adresses them doesn't talk to them like she's Lady Abernathy in King Friday's court, they are not toddlers and speaking in that manner is rude and disrespectful. If you read this review and are experiencing the same issue, please bring it to Stephanie's attention and let her know that she can do better. As for corporate, handle your employee.

Made a notary appointment for a simple signature on a document, waited for 40 minutes after the manager looked at the document, then were told that they have a new policy that they dont notarize documents requiring a witness.
