Very friendly and helpful staff / owners. It was refreshing to not have the big box experience. Prices are very reasonable. The guys who bought the new fridge in took the old one away without the usual big box, "oh were we supposed to take that too routine. Something that I always find annoying since you pay to have it removed.

Ever try finding a reasonably priced stove in stock in Syracuse at any of the big box stores? Well, it would appear none of them have any inventory for same day pickup. My tenant needed a new stove and we didn't want them to have to wait 3-4 days for delivery. I remembered Mike's from years ago and gave them a call. Sure enough. Tom had a decent electric stove in stock at a good price and even put the cord on for us. The whole transaction from initial phone call to getting it home was an hour. Can't beat that. And from now on, when we need an appliance, Mike's will be the first stop. Thank you Tom!!!

This is the place to go to! My experience was superb from start to finish. Tom was really helpful as I selected my appliance. The purchasing process was stress-free and smooth. The delivery and installation was impressive. These guys are very professional and skilled. The price was unbeatable, too. I highly recommend doing business with Mikes, and I will be dealing with them any time I need an appliance. THE BEST!
