Buildings are infested with roaches. management didnt care about my apartment until I showed them proof of roaches also being in the hallways and basement. They had the same exterminator guy come several times to spray my apartment and nothing he did solved the issue. They do not care about their tenants, only about money. The entire property should be shut down between the mold, crumbling buildings, inadequate heating, and bug infestations they try to hide from the public.

Rugby square told me And my husband we werent approved to rent from them, but look at god!! Rugby square been deemed unfit for living per code enforcementour god doesnt play about us! They tried to get over on good ppl and god showed them how they getting over on more than us!! We definitely dodged a bullet and actually was able to find a whole house!!!! I hope everyone going thru things at rugby square is helped beyond messures! Sounds like some legal action need to be tooken against these ppl

poor management. mold on walls and bathroom ceilings, the mold festers all around the room especially during the summer time or when it gets too hot in the room. cant turn the heater on by yourself and it makes awful hissing noises as theyre turning it on. tenants dont bother to clean up after their dogs, they leave their dogs feces on the grass or on the porch. if you love smelling cigarettes indoors, youll love this apartment complex. management cares more about taking your rent money than fixing up the apartments.
