Called this morning about a plumbing issue and they sent someone out within the hour. He was professional, efficient, and very helpful! Highly recommend.

Avoid this place. They scheduled us an appointment and never showed up TWICE. The first time I thought there was perhaps a miscommunication but when it happened again I decided to go with a different company. We lost 3 days replacing our hot water heater because of this. Do not waste your time.

Around 7:00 pm yesterday I found a water leakage on a pipe in the laundry room. Called Potter HVAC & Plumbing and 45 minutes later, Gunner showed up. He replaced a rusty copper pipe in an hour.
The whole experience is almost a joy, though I wouldn't pray for another water leak. Services: A/C system maintenance, Plumbing pipe repair

This company has taken a turn for worse unfortunately. Theyve been this property for over 10 years. Dawn was extremely rude and unprofessional, no regard or care for customers. I used to have positive experiences with their previous staff. It's hard to believe an established company would keep such an employee as Dawn. Stay away and choose as company that appreciates your business. I've worked with the company multiple times for installs and maintenance calls. They installed a commercial grade hot water tank that was malfunctioning after 2 years, which is ok, but after this customer service from Dawn I will never be contacting them again.
