      image Had vent cleaning and sanitize job done. The job was invoiced exactly as quoted, even though it took a lot longer than expected. Very thorough and professional. Would definitely reconmend them to anyone.

      image Never again!! I had Steam USA at my house yesterday to get my carpets cleaned. After he left we ran paper towel over the carpet which came back dirty. So we checked each room, it seems the cleaning brought the dirt to the surface but didn't remove it. I called to tell them of my dissatisfaction, I was told they could come back but no refund. We are cleaning them ourselves, why would I want them back if they left it dirty. Service: Carpet steam cleaning

      We're sorry to hear this, but if you were unwilling to have us return to reclean, then we were not given the opportunity to make it right. Leaving this review is unfair, especially since we strive for excellent customer service. This is not our norm. Depending on when the last time you had them cleaned, it could need an extra time.       image I used SteamUSA for a move out cleaning on my apt. The work was thorough and the apt looked so nice I wanted to renew my lease! Everything sparkled and the apt looked fresh and clean. Would happily recommend this company to anyone!
