The Vitamin Shoppe

There is a lovely woman who gives great customer service here, and I think her name is Pat. However, there is a horrible employee by the name of Alisha who is lazy and rude. The manager of the store is also horrendous because he actually defends her when she treats customers rudely. I only know about my experience at the store and it is been overwhelmingly extremely negative. Just take a look at some of the other reviews and they were a bunch of them that talk about the employee named Alicia and her snarky and rude treatment of customers. The manager walked in while I was scolding her for treating me rudely for about the 12th time in my last 13 times at the store. She was wiping her nose and I didnt want her to touch my protein powder containers. And because I had a stroke and I dont have control over the left side of my body, I pulled it away quickly and it knocked something down by accident. When I was complaining to him, some saliva came out of my mouth because I was a little animated. But he banned me from the store and treated me horribly. Im thinking about taking legal action against the store but Im not the kind of person that does things like that. It is absolutely irresponsible of whoever is in charge of this store to not immediately fire Alicia after all the complaints that she gets. You can just read some of them here and realize that she must be an atrocious and very rude employee . There are plenty of other stores to get these products, and I hope that all of you will stop shopping here so that they will get the message and stop treating my soul so rudely. Shame on the vitamin shop for not doing some thing about this sooner. 99 out of 100 reviews that I write are extremely positive, but I really have nothing nice to say about the manager here or Alicia. The only nice thing I can say is that Pat, I believe thats her name is a wonderful person and a real asset to this horrible store.

Good clean store. Staff was attentive and helpful. Price a bit higher than going on line but you get to look at and compare items. So you pay a little more for the brick and mortar experience.

One of the struggles about shopping for instacart is not knowing where the items are, especially when they don't have isle numbers. A nice man noticed that i was struggling to look for items and offered to help me. He was so quick and efficient. What would have taken me over 30 min, he helped me in less than 5 min. The other man who was the cashier was very friendly too, he told me where a supplement was. Very good customer service
