I worked with an agent named Susan Sanchez at the Compass Syosset for a home purchase. While Im happy about our home, the service provided by our agent was not up to par with the amount of customer service we were expecting. When I provided feedback to her privately she didnt take any accountability so I wrote her a review on her personal account. She was so upset about that, that she wrote to my husband separately that I was disturbing and unhappy. Very unprofessional behavior, I wouldnt recommend Compass Syosset if this the level of professionalism and care they support.

My wife and I recently had a great experience working with Te-Mei(Demi) while house hunting in Queens. The NYC area real estate market can be very competitive. Te-Mei worked tirelessly to make sure we saw quality houses within our budget as she guided us through making an offer to closing. The entire process was very smooth. As first time home buyers, we are really glad to have had Te-Mei. We would definitely work with Te-Mei again as soon as we are in the market again for an investment property!

Incredible experience. Mary, our agent , was outstanding. Kudos to our Compass agent Leslye Stern for her all around expertise in real estate. She is the best, by far, agent we have ever worked with. We bought a condo through her several years ago in the desirable and hard to find Coves in Melville. We recently moved to live closer to our children and she sold the condo in no time! We highly recommend Leslye and wish her continued success in the future.
