Horrible experience here. Buyer beware. Purchased a full salon of furniture and issues from day 1. One of the massaging shampoo chairs was faulty. They sent their repair techs out 5-6 times over the course of a year and clearly its just a lemon. I asked for a replacement and was denied even though I am expanding and needed more mirrors, stations and chairs. They told me no and that now my chair is out of warranty and I would need to pay for them to come out and repair the chair. Unbelievable! Got my lawyer working on it now/ I have been very patient for a year- no more!

I have been in the beauty industry longer than I ought to admit. I have had a few businesses and there was one thing that always was disappointing, the trolleys
I do not recall whether these were industry bought on ebay or Amazon, but I do know that it was after several attempts that we found these glass/ four shelf trolleys with the smoothest gliding I've ever come across.
These are well built, they last years, the sophisticated design was always noticed by the clients that often felt the need to get one for themselves even if they weren't beauty professionals
I'm thrilled that once I move abroad that I will be able to order from DIR yet another trolley as they are able to ship, it's quite convenient
The pricing is in fact lower than you expect as these look great even after years, so they outlast and remain in phenomenal shape after several years
I strongly recommend DIR!
