        I bought this bouquet for Valentines Day but the roses had wilted overnight. I stopped into the store simply hoping for a few new roses - and without hesitation they offered to re do the whole order at no cost. I was genuinely surprised, and my wife was very excited to have a fresh bouquet. The team at this location were so nice and generous. Ive shopped here before and its moments like this that keep you coming back.

        Every year I purchase single roses for my sons school staff for Valentines Day to thank them for the hard work they do. This year I made the mistake of placing the order at this location. I am honestly embarrassed at what I have to give to these amazing women tomorrow. *** Your staff did a very messy job and Im sure you are aware of that. Yes it the right product but in no way was it presentable. Im sure you are overwhelmed with orders but mine was placed well in advance and I would have appreciated a little effort be taken to make them look nice because they were going to some very hard working women who deserve to feel special. But you live and learn. Hopefully next time you will show the same respect to small orders as you do for big ones. Thank you.***

      Hammid, so sorry you had come all this way and we were not open as posted. I cant make excuses, but we had business challanges that afternoon that forced us to close 20 minutes early.
