        They give out fake preapprovals before checking their clients . Do not trust them . They do not run buyers credit or income verification. Their preapprovals are worthless In my opinion .

      We're very concerned if this happened to you. Our pre-approvals are based on our understanding of our clients' income and credit. Of course, they are subject to full underwriting. We also offer a Certified Pre-Approval that is verified by underwriting that is only subject to things like title and appraisal.
