I highly recommend Jim and his staff. He made switching insurance companies easy and stress free. They take the time to listen to what you are looking for and don't try to "upsell" you anything. If you are in the market for a good insurance agent, look no further.

I recently had a accident which was a total loss of my Vehicle! This was a very Stressful time for me and my wife! Especially for elderly Senior Citizens! State Farm was outstanding! Karen Brown made the difference in our claim and case! She went the extra mile for customer service and is extremely professional and friendly! She returned calls immediately to help us, even on weekends and her days off! She processed numerous documents for our claim immediately! She also got us help when needed from Jim Parcels in the Main office! Who helped us when there was issues! After sending in required Documents, We had our claim settled immediately and Full payment without 4 Days! Unbelievable!!Because of Karen Brown, we will continue to remain with State Farm!!
