        Our experience at Crown Plaza was extremely disappointing. Despite arriving in the early morning after a long and exhausting journey, we were greeted by a very rude receptionist. This individual was busy yelling and treating us terribly without any valid reason. It's unfortunate that such a pretty hotel lacks the right customer relations. This incident has left us with a negative impression, and we would definitely consider exploring other options for our next visit to the States. Overall, I cannot recommend Crown Plaza based on this experience. Customer service is a crucial aspect of hospitality, and it's essential for hotels to prioritize respectful and professional interactions with guests.

        The staff at the reception are extremely nice. They are always attentive and provide excellent service. My room is exactly what I requested. The housekeeping staff were very friendly. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. We would absolutely stay here again on a future trip! Well, our next trip is coming up next week!"

        The staff was exceptional, and both the check-in and check-out processes were seamless. The property is appealing, and the cost was quite fair, which I appreciated. However, it could benefit from further renovations, as there were stains at the top of the curtains in my room and burn marks in the restroom.
