I have 2 doctors there where I go to they are both great. Dr muchel is excellent & dr Chernov is also very special but to get an appointment takes months. And when u get there you wait hours. The staff at the front desk in the new section where dr Chernov is are sooo careless and nasty. I had an appointment for 10:20 on 10/14 they even called me to confirm the Friday before. I arrived 10:10 ad told her I have an appointment at 10:20. She did not say a word. Then at 11:25 I asked her how long more do you think the wait will take. She tells me your appointment is 11:20. So they moved my appointment without telling me a word. And lets say if she was right (doubt it) why when I said my appointment is 10:20 she didnt tell me its 11:20. I could of left and come back. Meanwhile was sitting there an hour with a mask and no breathing and when my phone rang she said to close the phone. But she can flirt loud with another guy to disturb other people ? So I had to leave cause I got fed up and she smiling and carelessly didnt care. What a service and Its not the first time they change my appointment for dr Chernov. And with caring and no apologies that hurts Time to look for another dr.

There are better places to go for medical care, their waiting room is always dirty and crowded, and there's always a long wait, despite having an appointment. Be prepared to wait a longtime when you call, as long as 30 minutes on hold to make an appointment. I despite being told to go to NYC for good medical care came here because it was local and regret it, the worst decision I made ever.

I am beyond grateful to Dr.Ramos and also Dr. Yarmohmmadi!!! They are the absolute best cardiologist and I can honestly say that because of their hard work and dedication to my mothers health that she is Alive today!! THEY SAVED MY MOTHERS LIFE!!! And Ill ALWAYS be forever thankful to them both!! My mom and myself have always had a great experience with the staff at both offices whether its in monroe or suffern!! Of course there will be wait times and a lot of mix ups but people can be having a crazy day it is a big practice they do have a lot of patients and stuff but it also depends on the times of your visits you know what I mean theres a lot of different reasons some people might have had a negative comment for this practice but Im so happy that we have had a great experience since day 1!! We have followed Dr.Ramos since Goshen to then Harriman and then to monroe and now we see the other Dr. in suffern for my moms pacemaker so I wish u all to have better things to say and may you all have an amazing experience from now on!! God bless and Get well soon give them a chance they are really good cardiologist up here in the Hudson valley area!!
