Terrible company, overpriced services and poor customer service.

GMK travel handles transportation to/from airports and West Point during major holidays for cadets. Consistently, their buses to airports often take up to twice as long as a normal car’s drive would, and on multiple occasions me or my friends have almost missed our flights as a result. Their prices are ridiculously expensive, public transport is often half the cost, and tickets are non-refundable so if your flights get changed, cancelled, or delayed, you’re out of luck and lost your money. Take any means necessary not to use GMK for your travels. They are unreliable and overpriced.
