Probably the most unprofessional company I have ever dealt with. Another broker who thinks they know what they are doing. Requested a quote 5 months ago, never got a response and now I am still receiving emails from Dylan asking me if I still need to ship my car. NO DYLAN I DONT!!! Don't waste your time with this bush league company

The worst company, do not I Repeat do not call or even consider using this company, I am a disabled American and they scammed me for $250. I'm still going back and forth with them. Scheduled a pick up with elite for 8/14 we got a text stating the driver was sick, but if we went with another broker it would be bad for us and they were going to charge us 100.00 cancelation fees. How is this possible? We didn't cancel they did. How can they take advantage of people's hard times. Now were going to have to pay 100.00 for them canceling and the new fees to have car transported. Very very unhappy with this whole situation
