This company is the worse, please DO NOT book anything with them, they are just a simple 3rd party. We booked 2 months in advance 2 coaches for 115 passengers, for a Washington DC trip. This company canceled the service less than 24 hours from pick up time, leaving our group without a class trip.

I wanted a quote for an executive minibus. They gave me a quote for a coach bus with50 seats. I called several times in an attemptto get a quote for the typeof transportation that I am actually seeking, only to be continually transferredto voice mailand put on hold. You lost my business.

Bus provided was perfect for long distance ride. Seats were comfortable, all amenities were functional and driver was courteous, personable, concerned about getting group to and from destination in a timely manner. There were some rough patches in the reservation process, however they were sorted out and resolved with professional assistance. In the end it was a good experience. Follow up, a different person got involved in final payment status and she was a nightmare. Account was PAID IN FULL by Church Trustees; however, my personal checking acct was charged for extra services, I had nothing to do with. New person told me, that company was owed and even though I didn't sign any monetary agreements, she was taking extra money from my personal account. Didn't care whether I was responsible or not and took $700 plus from me. I couldn't get my money back. BEWARE, I wouldn't recommend this company to any organization because billing customer service is deplorable.

Imagine this: its spring break, and rather than spending it sleeping in, relaxing, all that jazz, you wake up at 7 in the morning to go on a trip to an aquarium with your school. You arrive, its chilly out, but its ok, because the bus will arrive at 9! But it doesnt. Its been 45 minutes and your sitting outside with no form of warmth, and youre seriously considering just going home. Thats what my experience with this bus company has been. No bus, just cold cement and windchill and clouds covering the sun. A 45 minute wait to take an hour bus ride to see some fish.
