Ive been to All Tires several times for inspections and oil changes, and mostly have never had an issue. The last time I had an inspection the mechanic was rude when I asked questions about generally what was wrong, pricing, etc. He mentioned that he was annoyed that he had been calling me all day to tell me that my car was ready and that I didnt answer (never considering common sense, that he had the wrong number, which he did). He was just very confrontative; maybe because Im a woman so he had little patience.
Anyway since they did a good job and were quick, I was going to go back to them to get all my tires replaced. I called to request a quote and the person who answered basically hung up on me because I didnt know my tire size. Mind you, I had called 3 other tire shops at that point, again not knowing my tire size, ALL of which looked up my cars make and model, and gave ME the tire size. I mean, is that so hard to do, considering you are supposedly the tire specialists? I asked if they can do the same thing by looking up my car information, and he said no, call back when you have your tire size and hung up.
Okay buddy, keep waiting for that call back Went right over to Wil Johns who gave me amazing customer service, and will become my new tire place!

I had to get my two rear tires checked due low pressure. The mechanic removed both tires to check and thankfully there wasnt a leak and I only needed air. I got the air, my warning sign was taken off and I was on my way! Let me not forget to mention that I was there less than 30 mins. I loved the service and will definitely go back again :)
