Terrible experience trying to create tax id number. This man does it the all way by putting your passport and form inside an envelope and taking it to the post office with direction to IRS office in texas. So my passport got lost on the way and the irs told me they never received it, this is the only person among the tax offices around the area that does it this way, other ones just do it by scanning. I lost days and hours of work, money and time because of this, and a lot of delays in my migration processes. I really regret the day i came to this place. I dont know if he is good about helping doing taxes, but i do know he is terrible trying to create the tax id for the first time. I really hope this dont happen to anybody!

Had an excellent experience. He really knows his stuff and is very quick. ITs appointment only so make sure you call first and huge thanks to his assistant she is very friendly and kind and makes the process seem less. I used to go to Brooklyn but I just found my new person. Thank you
