        I called to find out about filing for an extension and was transferred to four different very rude employees I'm not even sure why they kept transferring me all they were saying was please hold and would transfer me over to someone else very bad experience don't file your taxes there they're very nasty

        This is just for the gentleman at the front desk named Kevin Brown. the man has professionalism to the highest. Very patient and understanding. Handled an angry client wonderfully. Client was over 30m late and the rotation of other clients had to continue. (You can imagine how that went). Superb outcome
